‘The cream, the bone, the white, the off-white, the ivory, or the beige…?’ it is a decision famously faced by the cricketing legend Richie Benaud and of course lends itself to a little poking of fun too, but in all reality it is a difficult decision.
So why would you choose a cream coloured limousine over a white one? Chances are you are making this decision on your wedding day and want to go for the traditional crisp and bright wedding limousine image for the day. Excellent decision, however, white may not always be the best choice.
For example, if your wedding dress is not a pure white, it may be cream, bone, off-white, ivory, beige or some other alternative to the brightness of pure white fabric, then a pure white wedding limousine is not a good choice. A pure white wedding limousine next to your off white, cream or ivory wedding dress will just draw attention to the fact that your dress is not white, but your limousine is, making your wedding dress look dull and dirty.
So in this case, a cream limousine is the perfect accompaniment to a non-white wedding dress – ‘Marvellous!’
