We all know that we pay extra for a little convenience in our lives. We know that the little packets of chips are actually more expensive than one big packet but we buy the little ones for the convenience of filling a lunch box before we’ve had time for a coffee. There is actually almost nothing we won’t pay for if it makes our lives easier.
How many of you go to the car wash or have your car professionally detailed instead of vacuuming it yourself? How many of you get the drycleaner to iron your shirts and pants at the same time? And how many of you have wished and prayed that you could afford the convenience of your own maid?
And I personally don’t think there’s anything wrong with paying a little extra to make your life a lot easier and I think one of the biggest and most affordable conveniences which is often overlooked is limo hire – the convenience of not having to find a car park, the convenience of having space for your shopping, not to mention a chauffeur to help you load and unload it…I’d happily iron my own shirts and spend the money on the most luxurious convenience of all.
