Everyone was shocked and surprised at the drastic change which Lamborghini has undergone in producing a long wheelbase model. But when you think about it, going from luxury sports cars, to luxury long wheelbase vehicles is not such a huge jump, so is it just the fact that there has been a change at all which has shocked people? Is all change just shocking and dramatic by nature?
The same perceptions of what is normal and what is shocking are also seen in the way that people see other people so it’s probably not unreasonable that the same reaction is seen in the limousine industry. When people reveal a new, different or developed personality trait, the people who think they knew them well will tend to be shocked by this ‘new’ personality, when really, it is a trait which has been there all along, but people often see you as who they want to see you, rather than for what is really there.
