While Simon Cowell is taking a break from playing the bad guy on Pop Idol, he has found a new pastime. Worth around £60 million, Cowell has driven and been driven in many luxury cars and limousines in his time and he knows what he likes, and especially what he doesn't like.
This is why his acquisition of the new Rolls Royce Phantom limo has him so excited, for the first time he is not ready with a negative quip or a harsh word, but instead, cannot find anything about the car he doesn't like. Cowell is so excited by the limousine that he hasn't only bought one for his house in LA but he is planning to buy another for when he is in London too.

Simon Cowell Preparing to Quit X Factor - Reports are circulating that Simon Cowell is set to the leave the X Factor. It comes after speculation that the music mogul is in talks with retail Billionaire Sir Phillip Green to set up a new business venture.
Simon Cowell first drove a Phantom when another driver reversed into him while he was driving his Bentley Azure. While his Bentley was in the shop, Simon was given a Phantom as a loan car (obviously not your ordinary mechanic!).
