While you may have to wait a little longer if you send your chauffeurs to be trained properly, you will reap the rewards for many years to come as they provide excellent service to your customers again and again.

This generally means they are not providing good enough service as good service is almost always rewarded. The chauffeurs may not be dedicated enough or they may just not be trained well enough. But if your chauffeurs have the dedication to do the training they will have the dedication to stay with your company and contribute positively to the industry.
So, make sure you take heed of the feedback you receive from your customers about the service of your chauffeurs, and in the future, make sure you choose chauffeurs who have had extensive training, as well as sending your existing chauffeurs to polish up their skills and find out about emerging trends in the industry.
